### Get your wallet ready

1.Click the link to download Google Chrome (Chrome):

2.Click the link to install the MetaMask plug-in:

3\. Create a new wallet or import an existing wallet according to the prompt on the page, and back up the private key and mnemonic phrase.

### Add the Hoo Smart Chain in the Metamask plugin

1.Click the network drop-down button at the top

2.Click "Custom RPC"

3\. Type in the network information below and save it

Network term: HSC MAINNET (HSC main network)

Added RPC URL: <https://http-mainnet.hoosmartchain.com>

Chain ID: 70

Symbol (optional): HOO

Block browser URL (optional): <https://hscscan.com>

4\. Click the button on top and switch to HSC network

### Deposit assets to the wallet

ROO has supported mainstream tokens on HSC, such as WHOO, BTC, ETH, DOT, FIL, LTC, EOS, USDC, BCH, USDT, etc. Users can freely choose the corresponding assets to deposit to their wallets.

1.After withdrawing to the wallet, Add new token information: click the “Add Token” button, fill in the token information needed.

2.Deposit tokens to your wallet.

**Precautions**

Do not use up the HOO in your wallet in any one transaction, because all transactions require HOO as a gas fee.

## **Yield Farming Guide**

### **Connect wallet**

1\. Log in to the ROO official website at  <https://roolend.finance>

2\. Click "Connect to Wallet" in the upper right corner

3\. Follow the prompts to complete the operation. After logging in, you can see the wallet address in the upper right corner of the page.

### **Deposit assets (deposit)**

1.Select the asset you want to deposit and click "deposit and withdraw" button.

When using this currency for the first time, you need to approve first, just click "Approve".

2.Enter the amount you want to deposit and click "Deposit" to complete the deposit.

### **Borrowing assets**

**1.Collateral**

Since DeFi's lending adopts an over-collateralized lending method, users must first mortgage their assets before borrowing them. In the column where you have deposited assets, click "Collateral" to allow the asset to be used as collateral.

**2. Borrow**

1\) Select the asset you need to borrow, and click "Borrow".

2\) Enter the amount you want  and click "Borrow" to complete.

Please pay attention to the loanable assets, loan utilization rate, and health factors displayed on the page.

**The loanable asset** represents the maximum amount of the asset you can borrow.

**Loan Utilization Ratio Loan:** Utilization Ratio=actual loan/ loan limit\*100. Users are requested to pay close attention to the loan utilization ratio. If the utilization ratio is close to 100%, it will trigger liquidation. The utilization ratio within 80% is relatively safe .

**Health factor:** Health factor=(1-utilization ratio) \* 100%. When the health factor is close to 0, it will face the risk of liquidation.

### **Withdraw ROO incentive**

You can get ROO by depositing or lending assets. Click "ROO" in the upper right corner to view the mining revenue.

To withdraw ROO for the first time, you need to add ROO tokens to the wallet, click "Click to add ROO tokens to the wallet" and follow the prompts to add. Then click “Claim ROO” to finish.
